Danielle DeVito-Hurley

Danielle DeVito-Hurley is a shareholder who joined the firm in 1995. She co-leads Gunster’s Real Property practice. Danielle has represented owners and developers in the acquisition, sale and finance of well over $1 billion dollars of commercial, office, industrial, mixed-use, hotel, condominium and condo/hotel parcels. During her tenure at Gunster, Danielle worked for over one year on exclusive retainer with one of Florida’s largest mixed-use community developers.

Christopher J. Lamb

Chris represents for-profit and nonprofit real estate developers and lenders in a range of transactions including financing for affordable housing and community development projects, as well as creditors rights and other distressed investment sector deals. Chris regularly represents clients in complex financing transactions, including agented-credits, leasehold financing, tax credits and bridge facilities. Many of his representations involve real estate collateral and intercreditor issues.

John J. Kindl practices in the area of commercial real estate and commercial finance, representing a wide variety of clients in connection with acquisitions, sales, leasing and loan financing transactions. As part of his practice, John represents individual and corporate developers, lenders and investors in all aspects involved in purchasing, selling, financing and leasing of commercial properties. John offers his clients cost-effective service from the initial structuring of the transaction through the closing and thereafter. He has broad experience handling the leasing and financing of office buildings, shopping centers, residential apartments buildings, and industrial properties throughout the northeast.
