Brian Kozminski is a partner in LP’s Real Estate Group and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Brian represents developers, owners, landlords and tenants of office, senior housing, industrial, hotel, medical office, multifamily, and retail properties. He served two four-year terms as an elected trustee in the Village of Northfield, Illinois. He serves as Midwest counsel for sophisticated out of state clients.
Rick is one of Hawai‘i’s top lawyers for sophisticated real estate transactions and developments. For 30 years he has represented large landowners, developers, and investors on properties and projects state-wide. Rick is the resident partner in the firm’s Maui office. He focuses on resort, condominium, commercial, and subdivision developments state-wide. He regularly acts as lead counsel for some of the largest developments in the State and understands the complex, interdisciplinary work needed to make a project a success.
John served as the chair of the firm's Real Estate and Land Use Department for ten years. He practices in the area of commercial real estate, real estate finance, joint ventures and corporate transactions. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, he was actively involved in real estate development in Palm Beach County, Florida. During his real estate career he became experienced in nearly all aspects of real estate development, including site acquisitions, construction, financing, leasing, management, marketing and disposition of commercial and industrial properties both as asset manager for a Florida developer and as president of his own company.
