Greg Ehrhard advises clients in many areas of commercial real estate law, including zoning/land use, leasing, lending and condominium development. Greg is the Service Group Leader for the firm's Real Estate & Banking Service Group.
Jeff Dahlgren practices primarily in the areas of real estate and commercial/transactional law. Recently, a significant portion of his practice has been dedicated to representing national clients in many significant retail, restaurant, office and industrial leasing transactions, from both the landlord and tenant side. He has also represented many clients in a variety of complex real estate acquisitions, divestitures and financing matters. Mr. Dahlgren regularly advises business clients on a variety of day-to-day contract matters and frequently represents clients in both the acquisition and sale of businesses.
Nate concentrates on complex commercial real estate transactions related to the acquisition, development, financing, and disposition of apartment projects, retail shopping centers, industrial properties, hotels, and data centers. Nate advises lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured lending, asset-based and real estate lending, project and acquisition financing, and letters of credit. His work includes loan workouts, Section 1031 exchanges, office and retail leases, and construction and permanent financing. He advises a wide array of clients in all aspects of commercial real estate and Article 9 secured lending.
