Known for representing municipalities and developers in high-profile development and redevelopment projects in the Kansas City area and beyond, Todd leads many public sector and private developer clients in the use of public incentives and other financing to make their projects successful.
Aaron Roffwarg, chair of the firm's real estate department, counsels clients on strategic transactions in a creative, efficient and effective manner. According to Chambers USA, Aaron is praised for his experience in energy, real estate and corporate finance transactions as a “project finance expert” (2009) and for his “outstanding level of experience” (2008). Matthew Harris is a partner in the firm's Nashville office. He is a member of the Real Estate practice group. Matt represents REITs and other public and private entities, including private developers and investors, in connection with development acquisitions, dispositions and real estate financing regionally and nationally. Matt also has broad experience in industrial, distribution center leasing and development, and office leasing projects, including office headquarter projects.
