Mr. Sistrunk focuses his practice on the areas of real estate and corporate transactions and related litigation. He has broad experience in all aspects of real estate acquisitions, sales, financing, development, and leasing, as well as in real estate title issues.
Matthew Kasindorf is the Chair of Meister Seelig & Fein's Real Estate Group. He is an accomplished transactional lawyer specializing in sophisticated real estate and investment ventures in New York and throughout the United States. Mr. Kasindorf counsels clients in the formation, syndication, acquisition, financing, development, sale and leasing of all real estate asset classes. He has extensive experience in crafting joint ventures, investment funds and other strategic alliances with particular emphasis on business, tax and finance issues.
Jim is a partner in Thompson Hine's Real Estate group and chairs the Real Estate Capital Markets practice. He is the former partner-in-charge of the firm's Cleveland office. He is regularly called upon to represent and advise real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate equity funds both transactionally, and in evaluating internal structures to maximize shareholder and investor value.
