Oleg Sokolov is the Founder and Managing Partner of RS Law Group, a Philadelphia-based law firm dedicated to delivering strategic, results-driven legal representation in commercial real estate and complex business matters. Throughout his career, he has successfully obtained zoning approvals, entitlements, and variances for more than 1,000,000 square feet of real estate across Philadelphia, helping clients unlock development potential and move projects forward in challenging regulatory environments. In litigation, Oleg concentrates on complex commercial trial work and has prevailed in more than 24 trials, earning a reputation for thorough preparation, strategic advocacy, and decisive courtroom execution.
Oleg’s combined experience in both transactional and litigation matters allows him to offer comprehensive, business-minded guidance at every stage of a client’s real estate or corporate venture. Prior to founding RS Law Group, Oleg led Sokolov Law, P.C., where he built a strong regional reputation representing property owners, developers, and business entities in a wide range of commercial matters. Earlier in his career, he worked with several financial institutions on real estate investment and development initiatives and also founded a real estate advisory firm that was successfully acquired in 2011.
Born in Kiev, Ukraine, and raised in Moscow before relocating to Philadelphia, Oleg brings an international perspective to his practice and is fluent in Russian and Spanish. He earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, and is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Oleg is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
